You need at least 2 options to spin the wheel of fate
Wheel of Fate — a free online spinner wheel. Enter your options and let the wheel decide. Great for tough choices, random picking and team lucky draws.
How to use
A wheel is a way to visualize the process of choosing. Enter your options one per line (or separated by commas or spaces), and the wheel automatically splits into equal slices. Click to spin, and whichever slice the pointer stops on is your result. There's no limit on the number of options — from two to a dozen or more, they all display fine.
A few ready-made presets are on hand, like “What to eat today” and “Should I start now” — apply one with a click and spin away. Compared with a coin or dice, the wheel's advantage is showing every option at once, perfect for a few people watching the screen together.
FAQ
How many options can the wheel hold?
No limit. But the more options, the narrower each slice and the smaller the text, so in practice keeping it to 12 or fewer keeps things readable.
Does every option have the same chance?
Yes. The wheel divides into equal slices based on the number of options, so each slice has the same central angle and the same chance.
Is the wheel's result really random?
Yes. The stopping point is decided by your browser's local random number generator, independent of slice size or order, and unaffected by the previous result.
Can I use the wheel for a lucky draw?
For a small group, yes. If there are many participants or several prize tiers, Lucky Draw is a better fit.
